How it works
- Send the form or call. We confirm a pickup window by phone.
- We pick up. Our crew rolls and carries the rug — you don't need to move furniture or haul anything.
- Inspection and quote. We inspect the rug at our Norfolk workroom and call you with a firm price before any work starts.
- Cleaning or repair. Hand-wash cleaning typically takes 7–10 days including drying; rush service is available.
- Delivery. We bring the rug back and lay it in place.
