Who is eligible for the trade program?+
Licensed interior designers, architects, home stagers, and design-build contractors working on client projects. If you're not sure your business qualifies, contact us and we'll let you know.
How do I apply for a trade account?+
Contact us with your business name, a resale certificate or business license, and a brief description of your work. Most applications are reviewed within a few business days.
Is there a minimum order to use trade pricing?+
No. Trade pricing applies whether you're sourcing a single rug for one room or furnishing a full project across multiple properties.
Can I pull multiple rugs to show a client before deciding?+
Yes. Trade members can pull several options from our 10,000+ piece inventory to present to clients, whether in-showroom or via our In-Home Trial program for local projects.
Do you work with designers outside of Hampton Roads?+
Yes. We regularly ship to designers throughout Virginia and beyond, and work directly with out-of-town professionals sourcing rugs for regional or remote projects.
